International students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine visited the Leningrad Regional Clinical Hospital

On May 19, 2026, international students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine visited the Leningrad Regional Clinical Hospital as part of their course in histotechnology.

The tour was conducted by Georgy Borisovich Pavlinov, Head of the Pathological Anatomy Department. He spoke about the nuances of working with specimens, demonstrated modern equipment, and explained in detail the principles of its operation.

The excursion was organized by staff of the Department of Biology, Ecology, and Histology jointly with the I Department of International Relations of the Saint Petersburg State University of Veterinary Medicine (SPSUVM). The students were accompanied and supervised by Danil Ignatyevich Safronov, a staff member of the Department of Biology, Ecology, and Histology, as well as representatives of the Department of International Relations — Sofya Andreyevna Moskovnenko and Alina Vladimirovna Ivanova.
